The new bavk rest is much more durable and even has a cover compared to my original one. My old one ended up ripping over time however this one seems great! Love my booty sprout!

I absolutely love my booty sprout. I use it 3-4 times a week. I’ve had it for 2.5 years and I just had to replace my back rest. I recommend booty sprout to anyone looking to grow their glutes and have limited space, or just don’t want to buy a barbell and plates.

I LOVE my bootysprout and honestly, I have seriously sprouted my booty! I use it al least 3 days/week and have noticed a huge difference. My daughters have too. I think they might be a little jelly cause they started asking me how often I use I, how many bands and rep range 🥰 It so much more comfortable than using the plates, which hurt my pelvis and was overall very uncomfortable. I highly recommend this piece of equipment that is also super easy to store. 👍🏽👍🏽
