Easy to install; mirrors hip thrusts beautifully without the setup of barbells and plates and bench. Came with a Velcro pad which I later realized was to wrap around multiple bands so they don’t press into lower abdomen-this was an extra because it was not included in the owners manual as part of the machine- a nice bonus. The only drawback was how long it took to get here but I was informed by emails along the way about the delay after my initial inquiry as to why it was taking so long.

This design is absolutely effective for targeting the posterior muscles from glutes to proximal hamstrings. The bands provide excellent feedback when performing the movement. Although, some lighter band resistances would be a good option for those with weaker glutes or for those looking to rehab injuries.

Booty sprout is working as advertised so far. Wish there was a 25 pound tension option. 45 is a big jump when progressing. Machine was shipped promptly. But I purchased a 70 pound with my order and it's yet to have shipped so can't give booty sprout complete satisfaction until that's resolved.

Quality product that is stable when used. I like that it's wide and has a nice wide pad for your back and shoulders. It also folds up very compact and is much higher quality build than competitive products.

I love this thing! Perfect for hip thrust, single leg hip thrust, and Bulgarian split squats. I love how compact it is too so you can fold it up and put it away when you are done training. Amazing! Can't wait to see what other exercises I will be able to use it for to target the glutes muscles.
