I love the resistance this band provides. One thing I didn’t like was the bands kinda hurt when lifting. Even with the foam protection. But not bad enough where I can’t get 3-4 sets in. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Was disappointed in the company. It was listed as sold out so i didn't get it. A week later it no longer said sold out. I ordered two. They took the money but three weeks later no update. Finally had to reach out to customer support and they told me they were restocking for another six weeks.
I still would have ordered but I'm more frustrated that nothing was said to me about this.

The Bootysprout has changed my life. Spent almost 30 years with a flat ass and now I have a bubble butt. It’s also helped me functionally with avoiding lower back pain. I love the option to add 70 pound bands. I’ve only used Booty Sprout a couple of times and it is challenging. However, the 3 bands that came with the unit were not heavy enough for me, so I bought an additional 45 pound band and 2 of the 70 pound bands. Now I can work up the resistance over time. Hoping for a firmer booty.

Compactly folds to store away. Thirty second setup. 70lb results resistance bands bring me up to 280lbs. I would suggest using an additional carabiner to be able to quickly lock in and disconnect when done as well as utilizing some skateboard tape on the deck. I love hip thrusters but disliked setting them up with free weights. I can still use my barbell and plates with this unit as well.

I like to pair up the heavy band with two of the original, lighter bands. I do one set - trying to reach forty repotitions. This seems to work very well. I am very pleased with the quality of this product!!!!

I would suggest putting anti slip tape on the platform...that is the only issue I am having...ANd I would love to know if there are any additional exercises that can be done with this besides the basic glute bridge?

We had been doing hip thrusts / glute bridge work with Olympic Bar and pad ..... this is so much easier to achieve movement with plenty of pump. The ability to work 1 leg makes it a homerun. We had been loading Olympic Bar with 300lbs so we bought extra resistance band ..... have not even used it yet because the burn with 3 bands is plenty.......

Bought two of these in addition to the booty sprout. Amazing!! The 135lb that comes with the bootysprout plus 140lb (2x70) gives me 275lb of resistance at HOME with NO plates or barbell!!! Amazing :)

The resistance this one added was much more than anticipated. Lol I was doing up to 235lbs with the barbell, so I figured it would be no problem. I was wrong. Resistance training is so much harder for me.

I appreciate that the 70lb cable is labeled, because the others are not. It seems very strong, and it feels to offer more resistance than I anticipated, so we shall see how well it does.
I used to leg press up to 405lbs in a gym, so I'm hopeful that this will be a good substitute.
